The submission period for this RFA has expired.
On May 1, 2019, The Ohio Deans Compact on Exceptional Children released a request for application (RFA) for new incentive grants. All Ohio four-year institutions of higher education (IHEs) with accredited teacher and/or administrator preparation programs are eligible to apply for all priorities included in the RFA. The RFA may be downloaded form the link below.
Funding for this fourth round of incentive grants will support (1) the implementation of merged/blended dual licensure models of teacher preparation within a specified time period; and (2) the development of authentic and meaningful university-school district partnerships¹ in several focus areas.
Applications may be submitted as early as noon on June 6 and no later than July 12 at 4:30 pm ET. To be eligible to submit an application, applicant institutions must have a representative attend the Compact’s Bidders Conference, which will be held on June 6, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am, at The Conference Center at OCLC, 6600 Kilgour Pl., Dublin, OH 43017.

¹ School district for purposes of this RFA is defined broadly to include Ohio’s educational service centers (ESCs).
